The monthly fee covers every lesson held during that calendar month. Lessons run weekly on the same day and time; if your lesson day falls five times in a month, you have five lessons and the fee stays the same. Lessons that fall on public holidays are made up.
Three options: a monthly plan (one payment each month), per-lesson payment, and lesson packages (a fixed number of lessons paid as one package). Each course page shows which model applies.
A package covers the number of lessons set for that course and is paid up front on the package's first lesson. When the package is used up, the next payment is due — so the due date follows your lesson count, not the calendar. If you take two lessons a week, a package runs out twice as fast and two payments can fall in the same month.
One-to-one schedules are arranged individually: after your pre-registration or free trial lesson we agree on the days and times that suit you. You can take one to four lessons a week, and the payment frequency is calculated accordingly.
Yes. Just fill in the trial lesson form; we set a day and time that suits you, assign a teacher and a room, and let you know. If you decide to continue after the trial, we can enrol you at the same day and time.
Yes. While you are on a break no lessons are held and no payment is taken for that period. When you return you carry on where you left off and your remaining payments shift forward by the length of the break. Just get in touch to arrange it.
You can raise a change request from your portal; it is approved based on teacher availability and room capacity. In one-to-one courses, moving a lesson to a later date does not waste it and your payment date shifts with it. In group courses a lesson that has been held cannot be repeated for one student, so a missed lesson counts as used.
In the student and parent portal: your lesson calendar, attendance, instalments and payments are all there. With your consent we also send lesson and payment reminders via WhatsApp or email.
When your account is created we send a password setup link by email or WhatsApp. Once you have set your password you can sign in with either your phone number or your email address — whichever is on file.
Fill in the pre-registration form on the course page; we call you back and complete the enrolment together with the available days, times and teachers. When a course is full, registration is closed and no pre-registrations are taken for it.
